The photo itself will tell you how to do the neck exercise. You will feel much better after the exercise. Just by reading it at least three times every day – your neck exercise is done. This is good as an addition to our usual fitness strength training exercise. This is fun. But you would have to be careful when you start moving your neck. This exercise is actually good for any person who is addicted sitting down in front of his computer for couple of hours.
