Just after the fight, Twitter was trending Manny Pacquiao. Thousands of tweets from Filipinos and non-Filipinos from around the world were sending their prayers, concerns, love and supports to Manny Pacquiao.
It was only yesterday (December 9, 2012), I learned that what Manny has shown to all his opponents after every fight was also given back to him by Marquez. Marquez did not just leave our National Kamao – he embraced Pacquiao, showing his concern. The two are professional models that other boxers should regard.
Filipinos of the world were surprised watching the sensational knockout of Manny Pacquiao. It was on the sixth round when he was hit by Marquez. Now the whole Mexico is celebrating of Marquez victory. Congrats to Marquez. He deserves it!

Manny Pacquiao accepted his defeat wholeheartedly. Inside the hospital at Las Vegas, Nevada, while he was on treatment, he watched his fight from the recorded video. Spiritually, he was strong and found OK by the attending doctors. He even has sent off his messages to his fanatic fans around the world - thanking them for their concerns, prayers, love and supports.
And when Pacquiao was asked if he would have to take a rematch with Marquez - he just replied it, "It would depend what decision my promoters would come up." Pacquiao boxing contract will expire by the year 2014.
