Not long ago, I published a short review about Delicious where you can instantly save your favorite links, collect your discoveries in stacks, share what you found and you can dig deeper into your favorite topics. Saving links on delicious makes it easy to find them later on and then share them with anyone. At Delicious you can create a stack which is a collection of links built around a common theme. Now Delicious has announced some new changes on their site that according to them - every member will enjoy more fun and benefits.
Delicious team has been working hard on a number of exciting developments that they can't wait to share with the community. They have more to say soon about what's to come, but for now, here are a few updates they wanted to let their member users know about:
Delicious has just introduced the Delicious-Facebook Connector
Because they knew that finding links a member has shared on Facebook can be a pain, this is the reason why they're thrilled to announce the introduction of their new Facebook Connector for Delicious. It is much like the Twitter Connector that they rolled out in March, their new connector imports every link that a member has ever shared on his wall and can even maintain the original privacy settings given to his links on Facebook. The Facebook Connector can be found on the sources page of his account settings.

Delicious has just announced about the Consolidating Tags and Stacks
Delicious has introduced stacks last year as a visually rich way to think about members links and they've been blown away by the amazing content their members created. But given the upcoming launch of new products from Delicious' parent company, Avos, now their focus is on simplifying the Delicious site, as they realized the value of stacks is limited for their users moving forward.
For this reason, Delicious decided to simplify how users organize links on Delicious by consolidating stacks into tags. Users will no longer be able to create stacks on Delicious starting in early August, 2012.
So what does this mean for existing stacks? Delicious explains:
A Delicious member will not lose his links.
All stacks will be converted automatically into tags. Stack titles will be changed into new tag names, and will be applied to all links currently in a stack.
Stack-specific descriptions, categories, comments, link order, and stack followers will not be included as part of the migration.
A member's existing links, tags and notes outside of stacks will not be affected.
