Network Marketing Trains People to Become True Leaders

In network marketing – you will learn how to overcome your fear and doubt. You will be trained how to change your mindset and develop a positive mental attitude, how to develop good learning attitude and most especially how to develop a strong belief to your Creator.

It is said that the life of network marketing business is measured through the Net Worker’s Will and Determination. And it is perform using a simple but powerful platform – the power of word-of-mouth marketing strategy plus the efforts and hard works of a net worker. But it is only effective if he became a product of his products – so he must be a user of his products. Then he should have to share or endorse the goodness of his products to people around him.

Network marketing is a proven business system that has helped millions of independent entrepreneurs around the world in realizing their dreams to come true. It is a direct distribution of information, products and services by individual distributors or it is about people telling people about a great idea or about the products or services that they have enjoyed.

Other people address network marketing as a personal franchise or an invisible big businessnetwork – a very democratic way of creating wealth and healthy life according to Robert Kiyusaki. The system is open to anyone who has the drive, determination and perseverance. The system does not really care what education you went to, how much money you make today, what race or sex you are, how good looking you are and how popular your are. What it cares primarily is about how much you are willing to learn, to change and to grow. There is nothing wrong to learn and grow.

On May 8, 2008, I had become a net worker. From that time on - I learned many things and what I have learned from this new trend of business - I am also very willing to share and teach other people the good news about it. I found that network marketing is really a school business outside schools, colleges and universities. 

In network marketing you will become good and true leader away from politics that influences others by being a great teacher, teaching others to fulfill their life’s dreams by teaching others to go for their dreams. You will be taught how to inspire and teach others to find the financial bounty this world offers without harm to others.

Who knows one day you found yourself loves to lead by teaching, influencing and inspiring others to find their own world of financial abundance without having to beat the competition, then network marketing may be right for you!

In the world of Networking, you are encouraged to learn by making mistakes, correcting them and getting smarter mentally as well as emotionally.

Networking is a place for people who want to learn the real world skills of an entrepreneur, rather than the skills of an employee who wants to become a highly paid mid-level manager in the corporate world. Robert T. Kiyosaki also emphasized the beauty of Networking. He said, “One of the beauties of networking is that it gives you the opportunity to face your fears, deal with your fears, overcome your fears and let the winner in you win.”

DXN is a Company Without Compassion to Their Hard Working Leaders!

Nobody can deny it that DXN Wellness Products have become well-known around the world. These products already have traveled to 151 countries from east to west and from north to south of the globe. And no-one will disregards the hard works and efforts of its million distributors around the world who introduced these products to people. He will receive a copy of the terms and conditions about the DXN rules and regulations. As stipulated under the rules and regulations of DXN (17.1) If a distributor has breached the rules and regulations, code of conduct, DXN marketing plan and any of its policy the distributor may be suspended or terminated immediately but he will receive a SCN (suspension notice) and 14 days to answer the allegation.

DXN Saudi Arabia

On September 4, 2012, I received a very shocking letter from Edwin Q. Mamaril – one of the most active DXN leaders in Middle East. Mr. Mamaril has started his DXN business in 2005 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During those years of his hard works and efforts, he became the most active DXN diamond leader. Under his active leadership, the DXN Saudi Arabia stand out as one of the best in Middle East. He has trained thousands of DXN distributors through massive training and seminars. Now DXN Saudi Arabia has approximately 200,000 DXN distributors and eleven DXN centers available for business 24/7.

Below is the copy of his letter I quote intended to all his DXN partners around the world says:

“As the Admin of this group and your fellow independent DXN distributor, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be able to promote DXN products and its opportunity starting today. A decision has been made by DXN Middle East Management to terminate my distributorship for the reason that I am involved with another business in the Telecommunication Industry. But please take note it is not a Wellness Company.

“Myself, my family, my relatives and my close friends are loyal consumers of DXN products but it makes me feel sad that this now has to be changed. We never shifted to other products for our health needs despite of other offers from different Wellness Companies. Likewise, as one of DXN Saudi Arabia’s top leader, motivator, achiever and speaker and has helped DXN Saudi Arabia as one of the best in Middle East, I felt the decision seems to be unfair. However, the company has its rights to apply their policy regardless of the good deeds a distributor has done for them.

“It’s been a fruitful 7 years doing DXN and supporting our Team members with trainings and motivating them. From my side, there’s no hard feelings because I love my life and family better than any networking company in this planet. We all know that we joined DXN as an independent distributor and not as an employee.

“As independent distributors, we own the business and not the DXN owns us. We are the one to design our future and not the DXN or any MLM company that we have joined. I hope so, you get my point. On the positive side, this decision of DXN Middle East Management will make me free to start for a new and better Wellness Company along with my Telecommunication business.

“To all my DXN teams especially in Saudi Arabia, I know how difficult this is for all of us. We know that challenges and good times that we have shared together but I always believe that whenever a door closes, another door and window will be opened for us! All the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness.”

Anyone can say that the said termination of the distributorship of Mr. Edwin Q. Mamaril is not acceptable. It shows that DXN is a company without compassion to their hard working leaders!

The Four Different People Found in The World of Money, Business and Life

The total number of living humans on the planet Earth currently estimated to be 7 billion. These numbers of 7 billion of humans are living with different lifestyles, dreams and values. And out of these numbers, there are only four different people found in the world of money, business and life.

Based from the above facts, no matter how the world population increased or decreased, the four different people in the world of money, business and life could still be prominent. They would live with the lifestyles they have chosen and would strive harder to reach out their dreams to come true in distinct ways. They are the people looking for security, independence, team work and values of financial freedom.

How to distinguish them from one another?

• If the person is receiving his income from a job and he receives a regular paycheck from a company or business he does not own his cash flows out from the E which stands for Employee. He can be a janitor or the president of the company. He often thinks or says words like “I am looking for a safe, secure job with benefits.” Or “How much do I get for overtime? How many paid holidays do I have?” Security is a very important core value for him. 

• If the person is a small business owner, a specialist such as a doctor or lawyer, a commission-only person such as a real estate agent and consultants then his cash flows out from S which stands for Self-employed or Small business owner. He values Independence. He wants his freedom and does what he wants. He often says, “I am going to quit my job and go out on my own.” The way a Self-employed get paid is often bycommission or by the amount of time he spends on a job. 

• If the person owns a big business, a company or business that employs over 500 people, then his cash flows out of B which stands for Business owner. He values a great team and efficient team work and wants to serve and work with as many people as possible. He is looking for other people who are to be the best in their field to join his or her team. Like Henry Ford, founder of Ford Motor Company – Ford surrounded himself with people smarter than he was. 

• If the person is receiving the bulk of his money from his investments, then his cash flows out from the I which stands for Investor. He values financial freedom. He loves the idea of his money working instead of him working. He invests in many things such as in gold coins, real estate businesses or paper assets such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds. He often says the words, “I am receiving a 30% return on my assets.” Or “Show me the company’s financial. How much deferred maintenance is on the property?”

The Employee, Self-employed, Business owner and Investor are the four different people found in the world of money, business and life. They embody The Cashflow Quadrant - a conceptual tool which Robert Kiyosaki developed to categorize the four major ways income is earned.

Requirements When Applying a Bank Loan

Why is it that the Financial statement of the borrower and his monthly net income statement are the most important documents that the bank should look at before considering the loan for approval?

The data recorded on those documents are the souls of the borrower. The bank will determine the overall capacity or the ability of the borrower to pay the loan base from those records. And before the loan is approved - the bank will send off or assigned a representative to investigate the borrower's true identification. A person from the bank will visit the applicant's address and location to make sure that what the applicants recorded on his application letter are true and correct.

In writing a loan application - it is not necessarily to use erudite language instead, use simple language. Below is an example of the contents of the application letter I wrote that says: (here I am just talking about contents of the said application, I used my own identity as sample).

I am Paul O. Pruel, a Filipino national and of legal age. I am an overseas Filipino worker and a resident of Barangay Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite, Philippines for about 26 years on. I am married to Imelda Duria BacoIod - who is also a resident of Barangay Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite. We have three children - all girls ages: 22, 20 and 19. I would like to apply for a cash loan worth of Five Hundred Thousand pesos (500,000 ph). The money will be used to establish a new family business which is about Fishing boat's parts, accessories and other fishing supplies.

If permitted by the bank, I would like to pay this loan plus the incurred interests by installment basis and for the period of five years or as per your bank allowable time and period to pay such a loan. My net monthly income is amounting to Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Five pesos (38, 605 ph) as per the attached records of my Monthly Net Income Statement.

I have been working as an OFW with the company Saudi International Trading and Marketing Limited (SITML) from 1994 to present. And so far, I have no bad records with this company. Also I have no loan made yet to any banks and other lending companies.

If the bank will determine the nature of the contents of the above loan application letter, the bank will find the following:

• First paragraph contains the name of the borrower, his true contact address and location, his status, number of children, the amount to borrow and his purpose why he will borrow.
• Second paragraph contains his promise and the period to pay and his net monthly income.
• Third paragraph contains about records of his personal characteristics and other good traits.

How about the borrower's balance sheet? What to see on his balance sheet? Below is a sample of a simple balance sheet I prepared for myself as I pretended as the borrower. However, some borrowers hired accountants to prepare them but if the borrower can do it by himself, it is better. On his balance sheet all his assets and other properties should be declared including liabilities and his equity or net worth.

Balance Sheet For the month ended 31 August 2012

Assets:

• Cash in Bank - 40, 000
• Cash on Hand - 30, 000
• House and Lot - 350, 000
• Tricycle - 90, 000
• Fishing boat - 300, 000

Total Assets: 810, 000

Liabilities:

• SSS Salary Loan - (6, 000)

Total Liabilities: (6, 000)

Total Owner's Equity: 804, 000

On the borrower's income statement - he should include all the income sources from his monthly salary, income from his other properties or income from his existing business if he has. In income statement, the borrower should declare all his gross income and less the incurred expenses: personal and other incurred operating expenses he made during that period. And after all the deductions made, the result will be his net monthly income. Below is an example of a simple income statement I prepared.

Borrower's Income Statement

For the month ended 31 August 2012

• Income from Monthly Salary - 20, 000

Income from Operation:

• Fishing boat - 155, 000
• Tricycle - 9, 300 

Total Income from Operation -      164, 300

Total Gross Monthly Income:    184, 300

Less Operating Expenses:

• Gasoline and Crude oil for F-boat - 93, 000
• Gasoline and oil for Tricycle - 1, 550
• Miscellaneous expenses - 15, 500
• Salaries of three F-boat men - 23, 250
• Monthly Commission for Driver Tricycle- 3, 100
• Utilities - 1, 500
• Food and Beverages - 3,100
• Mobile load expenses - 930
• Medical expenses - 750
• Travel expenses - 2, 000
• Recreational expenses - 700
• Voluntary monthly SSS Contribution - 315

Total Operating Expenses:   (145, 695)

Total Net Monthly Income:      38, 605

The 38, 605ph is the net monthly income of the borrower at which he included on his letter of loan application on paragraph two. And the computation to arrive the said amount was computed above.

KISS a FORM of Business

Kiss expresses sentiments of love, passion, affection, respect, greeting, friendship, and good luck, among many others. But in business KISS suggests a different meaning. Businessmen use KISS strategy on their prospecting. Aside from KISS they also use FORM. This article will explain – How KISS and FORM are use in Business.

If you were one of the businessmen who are engaged in a business like Multi-Level Marketing, People Referral, Network Marketing and other traditional businesses – you would have to plan some actions and designed them to achieve a particular goal. Your main goal is to become a successful businessman.

The life of your business will depend on your decision making and how you will work for it to hit success. Many of the successful businessmen who are engaged in Network Marketing business have applied the two most effective ways on their prospecting. They abusively used KISS and FORM to invite people.

In business the term KISS means – Keep It Short and Simple. Here you are advice – approach your prospects with a smile and be creative in inviting them. You can apply the direct approach by telling them that the business you are working is all about Extra Income or Part Time Job.

You can also apply through the Eye to Eye contact with the person you are talking to – if you saw him smiling, expect it at least 80% he would become your recruit. Your next move is to ask his contact number and invite him to your office or you can set the date, time and place where to meet him.

You can also apply the Referral method or the so called (refer people) – here you can ask from people about those people who are looking part time job or full time job or people who are looking for extra income. Leave them your calling cards or your contact number. You can also apply Phone Invitation. There are a lot of them on your mobile phone. They could be your prospects too.

Aside from KISS, the businessmen also use FORM on their prospecting tactics. FORM here means – Family, Occupation, Recreation and Message. You are advice here to start your conversation with your prospect by asking him politely the following: How is your family? How is your job? How much you earn with your job? What keep you busy nowadays? Are you happy with your job? Do you have other options to earn extra income aside from your job?

If your prospect answered YES to your last question, 90% he is your recruit and leave now the message to him like – Right now I am looking for a business partner. If you are interested, see me in my office or set the date, time and place to meet him.
